News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. July 21, 2017: Say reggae and immediately visions of Jamaica and the Caribbean may rush to your mind.

But it is a Rwandan and not a Caribbean model who is heating up the cover of the latest edition of Reggae Gold 2017.

The annual compilation series from VP Records which enters its 24th year this Friday July 21st, features Lilian Uwanyuze on the cover.

Uwanyuze, who has over 30 thousand followers on Instagram, is known for her beautiful natural hair and has said she first decided to go natural after watching Chris Rock’s Good Hair.
